At Barra Airguns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
